Play On a Midsummer’s Day

The Free Will Players are dedicated to inspiring young people through the stories of Shakespeare. Camp Shakespeare’s mission is to take the Bard’s plays off the page, out of the heads and into the hearts and bodies of our students. Camp happens during July in the beautiful Heritage Amphitheatre of Hawrelak Park.

Camp Shakespeare Survey

After a year off from offering Camp Shakespeare (due to losing our venue), we decided to take this opportunity to re-structure our program and we need your help! Please fill out this short survey below to help us best offer what parents and students want from Camp Shakespeare. Everyone who fills out the form (and leaves their contact details) is eligible to win a scholarship for one student to our 2015 Camp Shakespeare program.

  • For example: we already put posters in schools but what else can we do? Is there websites or blogs we should be connecting with? What about family friendly stores that might put up a poster?
  • Optional Information

If you would like to be entered to win a scholarship for one student to our 2015 Camp Shakespeare program, or if you'd like to be kept up to date on information regarding Camp Shakespeare, please provide us with your name and email address.

Camp Shakespeare 2015

After a year off from offering Camp Shakespeare (due to losing our venue), we are excited to launch an all new Camp Shakespeare! We gathered feedback from many parents about what they would like to see offered this summer and have put together a program we are very proud of. Please join us this summer as we share our love of the Bard with students in Edmonton.

Please note that full class descriptions and registration will be available in early January.
